We provide a full end of tenancy cleaning service and offer a guaranteed pass on your checkout inspection or we will return free of charge to rectify*. This includes a full and thorough clean throughout the house to include descaling bathrooms, cleaning all white goods, deep cleaning the oven and removing all grease from the cooker hood and changing filters where applicable. We also clean the carpets and windows too. We follow our own very strict checklist and have completed hundreds of end of tenancy cleans so we know exactly what is expected of your letting agents. We are also a registered waste carrier meaning we can legally take away waste and dispose of. Please let us know beforehand if you wish to use this service so we can arrange for a quote beforehand. We can take away any unwanted items at the end of your checkout including bulky furniture.  The price we quote is the price you pay - we never put on additional costs afterwards.
